Photography / READING NOTE 04
One lens, one block, one hour
Build a photo walk around a useful constraint.

Use what you already carry
A phone is enough to begin. Choose a single field of view and resist switching between every camera option. The limitation asks you to move your feet and consider the frame instead of solving every composition with a zoom.
Wait for the relationship
Find a background with interesting lines and watch what light does to it. Leave space for the ordinary rhythm of the street. Respect people who do not want to be included and avoid turning a private moment into an uninvited portrait.
Edit with a reason
Keep three photographs that say different things about the block. Remove near duplicates and write a short caption for each. A small sequence reveals more about your choices than a folder containing every shutter press from the afternoon.
